Really excited and happy to launch this 11 session online Yoga program to help you grow and complement your yoga practice. these classes take from several different yoga backgrounds to help you achieve more sustainable yoga practice. 
from backbending on the wall 'wall walks' to hanumanasana active drills my goal is to help you feel lighter but stronger in your daily asana practice. 
I really love using a lot of Kundalini based Pranayama to open class so be ready to breathe y'all!

Chandra Vida is a retreat company founded by Caro Lokah and a big hearted investor. Our goal is to take you to new places both physically, emotionally and spiritually. Chandra is passionate about living a life of compassionate presence. Our goal is to create a space of acceptance and self discovery through the lense of the eight limbs of Yoga. Caro is a passionate teacher with a combined experience of 17 years. Teaching/Studies in ashtanga, Rocket, 26 &2, JM Vinyasa,Lux Vinyasa, yin, meditation, & energy work. Chandra =light. JAI!

About this trip

Elly and Caro were great hosts. Everything was amazing, from the people, the yoga, the food, the sound baths, meditations, and group activities. So amazing learning from Elly. I truly felt so spoiled during my time in Woodstock. Cant wait for the next retreat!

Unstruck Sound

Hands down one of the best experiences of my life!  The group leaders were amazing and kept us engaged throughout the retreat.  The venue, staff, and food were perfect.  Connecting to the local culture was incredible.  My heart is so full after this endeavor and I can’t recommend Chandra Vida enough!

I loved these classes so much! Caro does an amazing job of creating a sense of community with her online peeps. The way she cues always helps me find better alignment and made poses I never would've thought I could do accessible. Love having the recordings to go back to & can't wait for the next round!

I always love, love, love to connect with Caro whenever and however possible! I wasn’t able to take all the live classes due to my schedule so it was great to have the recordings. I will definitely rearrange my schedule for Round 3 bc Caro brings so much joy to my days, thank you Caro!

Wonderful accommodations! Food was incredible! Right on the ocean! Excellent service and staff was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience, would highly recommend!

This Colombian retreat was an absolute dream. The yoga, and the food and the extras were all fantastic, but the best part was feeling like everything was already taken care of. Because it was. Caro had every detail thought out, and EVERY. SINGLE. travel detail and potential logistic challenge went over perfectly smooth. 10/10 would recommend.
