So nice to get away to a warmer climate in the middle of winter! Caro, Alex, and Jared are simply the best teachers and it was so rewarding and fun to spend time with them and soak up their teachings. Tampa was a blast and Rainbow Springs was stunning! Great locations, the best teachers, and food was delicious :)

This retreat filled my heart to the brim. Amazing people, incredible teachers and retreat hosts, the food was delicious and cultivated with so much love, the rooms were gorgeous!!! Can’t wait for the next one.

Tampa and Rainbow Springs with Beyond Resolutions was an amazing way to close out 2025 and start the new year! I really enjoyed getting to practice a variety of yoga modalities both at Gaze, and in the retreat house at Rainbow Springs with our incredible teachers that each specialize in something a little different. The guided meditations were also an essential and moving part of my experience. All of the meals were absolutely delicious (shoutout chefs and kitchen crew!!!!), made with love and quality ingredients. The home cooked meals made by the mothers in the house were so comforting. The accommodations were also beautiful and luxurious! Appreciated outings to the Dali museum and swimming in Rainbow Springs.

Elly and Caro were great hosts. Everything was amazing, from the people, the yoga, the food, the sound baths, meditations, and group activities. So amazing learning from Elly. I truly felt so spoiled during my time in Woodstock. Cant wait for the next retreat!

Hands down one of the best experiences of my life! The group leaders were amazing and kept us engaged throughout the retreat. The venue, staff, and food were perfect. Connecting to the local culture was incredible. My heart is so full after this endeavor and I can’t recommend Chandra Vida enough!
