We’ll be working with the Gayatri Mantra: Long Form (7-Layer)
Sanskrit:
Om bhūḥ, Om bhuvaḥ, Om svaḥ, Om mahaḥ, Om janaḥ, Om tapaḥ, Om satyam.
Om tat savitur vareṇyam bhargo devasya dhīmahi dhiyo yo naḥ prachodayāt.
English Translation:
We meditate on the glory of the Light of the Divine—
the source of all things, worthy of devotion,
who illuminates and awakens our inner vision.
Why the 7-Layer? Why now?
This long form of the Gayatri includes seven bija (seed) syllables that correspond to the seven upper lokas (realms of existence) in Vedic cosmology:
Bhūḥ, Bhuvaḥ, Svaḥ, Mahaḥ, Janaḥ, Tapaḥ, and Satyam.
When chanted, we’re not just calling in the light—we're sending ripples through all layers of existence, from the most earthly to the most divine.
The 7-layer Gayatri isn’t just a chant—it’s an energetic tool to clear distortion, restore harmony, and reconnect us to source light. It’s used to purify the mind, open the heart, and activate clarity.
Our 30-Day Mission:
From July 13 to August 14, we're committing to chanting the Gayatri Mantra at least once a day—even just 5 minutes a day.
That’s it.
You, me, and whoever else joins—lighting a candle of consciousness in what often feels like a whole lotta darkness out there.
Whether you’re whispering it before your coffee or chanting it deep in stillness, your voice and presence matter. The world feels wild—but we’re not powerless.
One mantra. Once a day. For 30 days.
Let’s chant for clarity, for community, for Earth, and for our own damn peace.
